The Masterclass will focus on particle physic with hand-on activities and talks. The day will start off with the Rutherford Activity to learn how nucleus behave, will play with the Quark Puzzle pieces and learn how quarks can combine, and will use images from ATLAS to find different particles.
Lunch will be provided and students are encouraged to ask questions and mingle with the physicists!
During the afternoon there will be talks from professors of UH Manoa and data analysis; the masterclass will conclude with a Videoconference with Fermilab and students around the world to discuss about the results they gathered.
